About The Role
Uber's regional marketing teams play a critical role in establishing deep connections with local markets and communities. As a Brand Marketing Manager for Postmates, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Comms, Policy, Ops, and CommOps to bring our products and brand strategy to life.
This role spans general marketing and co-marketing efforts on Postmates. You will develop and lead high growth, culturally-relevant brand and co-marketing campaigns with strategic merchant partners.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
- Build strategic plans with key merchant partners.
- Partner with external agencies for high-impact campaigns.
- Manage account and project details effectively.
- Align regional marketing efforts with global strategies.
- Leverage CRM channels for demand-driving tactics.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of generalist marketing experience with at least 2+ years in holistic partnership/marketing strategy development. Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Brand marketing/agency experience with budget accountability.
- Strong media and CRM fluency with data analysis capabilities.
- Proven track record in developing culturally-relevant campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits (New York, NY-based roles)
Base salary range USD 130,000 - 144,000 per year, with bonus program eligibility, equity award, and comprehensive benefits. More details at Uber Benefits.
