About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Account Executive, Uber Eats Southwest to join our team. This role offers a significant opportunity to leverage your sales expertise to expand the network of restaurants partnering with Uber Eats. Your primary focus will be on onboarding new restaurants that align with our partnership criteria, utilizing strong prospecting and negotiation skills through cold-calling and internal process management to ensure successful collaborations.

As a Bilingual Account Executive, Uber Eats Southwest, you will manage the entire sales cycle, securing partnerships with top local restaurants while advocating for the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Your success will be measured by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly quotas, actively building your pipeline, and meeting weekly metrics for cold calls, emails, and field appointments.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants to sign new partnerships within your geographic region, utilizing a blend of cold-calling (at least 50 dials per day) and in-person meetings.
  • Create a strong first impression and serve as an ambassador for Uber Eats, fostering long-term partnerships and clearly articulating the value proposition of Uber.
  • Manage contract negotiations to establish a solid foundation for working relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Contribute to identifying and developing standard processes, collaborating with the Account Management team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for every new restaurant partner.
  • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face engagements.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions.
  • Fluent in Spanish.

  • Enthusiastic about learning and unafraid to pick up the phone – this role is ideal for developing or advancing a sales career.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Passionate about sales and committed to helping restaurants grow their business with Uber Eats.

  • Effective communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
