About The Role

Uber Eats is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive Southwest to expand our restaurant partnerships. You will demonstrate your sales experience by bringing on new restaurants that meet our partnership criteria.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants.
  • Conduct at least 50 cold-call dials per day and in-person meetings.
  • Create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats.
  • Negotiate contracts to establish sustainable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team for a smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in sales, account management, operations, or similar roles.
  • Passionate about sales and helping restaurants grow with Uber Eats.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven performance in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and coachability skills.

Compensation & Benefits (Dallas, TX)

The role offers an on-target earnings (OTE) of USD 101,400, including a base rate and variable incentives. Additional benefits and potential equity awards are available.
