Role Overview
This role supports all operational functions within the Global Pharmacovigilance department. You will monitor PV mailboxes, perform data entry of safety case reports, generate draft case narratives, and assist with safety report preparations, quality control, and reconciliations. You will also monitor literature for safety information and participate in team meetings and project-specific teleconferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of PV mailboxes and portals.
- Accurate data entry and duplicate checking of safety case reports.
- Drafting case narratives and preparing safety reports.
- Timely distribution of safety reports and follow-up queries.
- Maintaining organized filing and assisting reconciliation activities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science/health related field or 1 year experience in pharmacovigilance/health care operations. Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Fluency in English is required.
