Job Description

Are you passionate about financial analysis and forecasting? As the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in developing our FP&A department. You will act as a trusted financial partner, collaborate with internal stakeholders including Regional and Corporate Management, and provide actionable insights to reach our targets.

What You Will Do

• Act as a strategic partner providing high-quality analysis and forecasts.
• Prepare and lead monthly financial reviews, identifying trends and variances.
• Design and optimize financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Participate in budgeting cycles and long-range forecasting.
• Facilitate performance monitoring using dynamic reports through Power BI.
• Monitor market and industry trends and support system modernization.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in FP&A, transaction services, or external audit.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
