Facility Expansion
Tyson Foods is investing $181 million to add 7 new state of the art production lines to supplement 4 existing lines. The facility, a flagship of the Prepared Foods division, produces Jimmy Dean and Hillshire branded products using automated warehousing and robotics.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for moving trailers in and out of loading areas and assisting in the warehouse with material handling and shipping/receiving responsibilities.
Physical & Operational Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
- Experience with powered industrial trucks is required.
- Ability to operate tractors and move trailers safely in a confined yard is essential.
- Excellent night vision required.
Education and Experience
- One-year of relevant trailer spotting experience.
- Six months of pallet jack/forklift experience preferred.
- CDL is preferred but not required.
