Are you passionate about digital engineering and the transformation of strategic infrastructure? We are seeking a BIM Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering or similar, a Master's in BIM, or very consolidated and demonstrable BIM project management experience, to participate in complex and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing BIM methodology projects in the infrastructure department, supervising teams, ensuring model coherence and deliverable quality, and promoting digital innovation in all design and construction processes.Responsibilities and Qualifications
Functions:
- Manage BIM methodology projects within the infrastructure department, coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary teams to ensure information coherence and deliverable quality.
- Represent the department in technical meetings, define and maintain corporate BIM standards, manage BIM documentation and models, and drive innovation and digital transformation in design and construction processes.
- Collaborate with design, planning, and project management areas, identify opportunities for improvement in BIM processes and tools, promoting efficiency and automation.
- Foster the training and technical development of the team and ensure information interoperability and correct communication among all project stakeholders.
- Manage BIM projects for railways, roads, and ports.
- Draft and update BEPs, technical reports, and tender documentation.
- Configure collaborative environments in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Coordinate and federate multidisciplinary models.
- Perform 3D analysis, clash detection, budgeting, and construction simulations.
- Review and validate model quality according to ISO 19650 and IFC schema.
- Control interoperability between tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Istram, etc.
- Lead technical coordination meetings based on federated models.
- Optimize modeling processes and information flow.
- Train internal teams.
Requirements:
- Degree: Civil Engineering or similar (MECES 3 essential).
- Master's in BIM or very consolidated BIM infrastructure management experience.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years in railway, road, or port infrastructure projects.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Technical Knowledge: Mastery of AutoCAD Civil 3D / Istram, Revit, and Navisworks Manage. Knowledge of PRESTO IFC BIM 5D and BIM 4D. Solid experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). BIM Standards, ISO 19650, IFC schema. Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or GIS applied to BIM.
