About the role
Head of Sales Operations (EU)
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead and coordinate sales activities across multiple European markets.
Location:
Izola (On-site presence is mandatory)
Travel:
The role involves occasional business trips within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading sales teams (call center and field teams) across different countries.
- Organizing and conducting weekly meetings.
- Monitoring key KPIs (activities, conversions, sales).
- Establishing reporting structures, goals, and responsibilities.
- Aligning sales, field operations, and marketing efforts.
- Supporting expansion into new markets.
- Monitoring sales by market, partner, and SKU.
- Maintaining records of sales, revenue, and activity effectiveness.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Setting short-term and long-term sales plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Analyzing data from wholesalers and other partners, and preparing conclusions and proposals for improvement.
- Actively working with Excel (advanced proficiency is essential).
Note: This is not a logistics or administrative function.
We Expect:
- Experience in sales leadership or commercial operations.
- Ability to lead teams structurally without micromanagement.
- Analytical approach and understanding of KPIs.
- Very good Excel skills and ability to work with data.
- High level of independence, responsibility, and results orientation.
- Active English proficiency (additional EU languages are a plus).
This role works in close collaboration with the company's management (CEO and CMO).
