Overview

The Senior Manager, College of Arts and Sciences Operations at TWU is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and strategic projects for the College. This role demands initiative, judgment, and independent critical thinking to navigate complex administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative operations and handle confidential matters.
  • Manage departmental budgets, payroll entries, and faculty searches.
  • Interpret policies and communicate with faculty, staff, and external constituents.

  • Compile data, prepare reports, and assist in strategic planning.

Additional Duties

Supports various college-wide administrative functions including onboarding, promotion and tenure processes, and serves as a Hiring Manager when required.
