This is a primary research initiative aimed at understanding the NEMT market, the day-to-day use of business management software by transporters, and the interaction dynamics between brokers and transporters in arranging patient rides.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in individuals with current or recent experience as operations managers, dispatchers, fleet managers, or brokerage coordinators within NEMT companies. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience using software platforms to manage scheduling and routing. We also welcome coordinators from brokerage organizations who frequently interact with transporter dispatchers via software systems.
Specific Software Experience Valued
We are especially keen to speak with individuals who currently use or have evaluated platforms such as MediRoutes, RoutingBox, WellRyde, Trip Master, RouteGenie, or Bambi. Prior hands-on experience with RoutingBox, either as a transporter or a broker, is highly beneficial.
