Position Summary

Our team of scientists, technologists, and academics develops creative solutions for complex economic problems. As a Quantitative Researcher Machine Learning, you will navigate the full research process, applying a scientific approach to design sophisticated investment models for global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine sophisticated trading models using scientific methods.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to diverse datasets.
  • Create, test, and refine complex investment ideas.
  • Collaborate with engineers to validate research hypotheses.
  • Participate in reading circles and academic seminars to stay current.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, math, physics, EE, computer science).
  • Intermediate programming skills (C, C++, Java, Python).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience applying machine learning to real-world datasets.
  • Published research or conference presentations preferred.

Compensation

Base pay ranges between $165,000 and $325,000, with eligibility for discretionary bonus and additional benefits. Compensation is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
