Role Overview

The Business Analyst - Mobile provides business application support to functional business units and IT. You will gather and document business requirements, serve as the technical expert for custom-developed and commercial off the shelf applications, and work with both internal teams and franchises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support COTS and internal IT applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues with support teams and vendors.
  • Collaborate with business partners to implement application and process changes.
  • Analyze and report on problem trends and propose improvements.
  • Document business needs and design specifications including workflows.
  • Coordinate with development teams on enhancements and upgrades.
  • Provide application support for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with technology policies such as ISO, ITIL, and Kanban.
  • A background with mobile applications is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates across the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County. Compensation is estimated between $75,000 and $85,000 plus incentive, based on experience and qualifications.
