What you will do
Product Management: Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies and roadmaps in the sports industry. Collaborate with data analysis, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget. Work with internal and external teams to define requirements aligned with business objectives. Define processes, map customer journeys, and user stories; optimize business processes and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with designers to create functional and aesthetically delightful experiences. Analyze user behavior and prioritize needs by defining features and functionality for multiple products using a metrics-driven approach. Ensure all products meet high experience and quality expectations while satisfying business requirements.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in product management, business analysis, or digital consulting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Proven core consulting skills including client management and cost analysis.
- Good understanding of business development processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
- Knowledge and passion for the sports industry and its trends.
