Creator Outreach Associate Contractor

About the Role:

Twitch is seeking a knowledgeable Creator Outreach Associate Contractor who is passionate about the creator community and emerging talent. In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard emerging creators to the Twitch livestreaming community with autonomy and clear guidance.

You Will:

• Search across platforms to spot emerging talent in English-speaking APAC territories.
• Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to join Twitch.
• Stay plugged into creator trends and cultural moments.
• Guide new creators through initial onboarding to their first stream.
• Collaborate with Sydney-based Strategic Partner Managers to support creator development.

You Have:

• Availability to work weekdays from 12pm to 8pm Pacific time.
• Interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• A strong understanding of the creator economy in English-speaking APAC markets.
• Determination to find emerging creators and guide them to success on Twitch.

Bonus Points:

• Experience as a live streamer or content creator.
• Familiarity with live streaming tools and software.
• Existing relationships with diverse content creators.
• Knowledge of trends across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.

Additional Information:

This is a remote role based in Hawaii and the contract lasts for 11 months. Compensation varies by geographic market, with rates ranging from $31 to $39 per hour. Twitch values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer; candidate privacy is respected per the Candidate Privacy Notice.
