Twist Bioscience is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Director, Product Management to lead the strategic vision and execution of our synthetic biology product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation, growth, and market leadership across our synthetic biology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product portfolio including roadmap, commercialization, pricing, analytics, and customer engagement.
• Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into strategic actions.
• Drive R&D investment and platform evolution leveraging Twist’s scientific capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and E-Commerce.
• Manage product lifecycle, P&L, market positioning, and portfolio profitability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management in life sciences or biotechnology.
• Proven success launching and managing complex products in competitive markets.
• Deep knowledge of DNA molecular biology techniques and synthetic biology applications.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
