What We Expect From You

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with (or a strong passion for) Rust, C++, or Go.
• A proactive mindset, contributing to discussions on architecture, quality, and security.
• Genuine curiosity about our customers and a desire to understand the 'why' behind our development efforts.
• Residency in the Enschede region or a willingness to commute to the monastery a few days a week.
