We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Organic Growth Strategist to take ownership of the organic growth function within a key market. You will be instrumental in defining and delivering the organic growth strategy for your designated market. This role is a critical bridge, connecting our global teams with local execution, where you will manage and mentor a team of Executives to ensure all content and campaigns deeply resonate with local audiences.

Success in this position means delivering organic growth KPIs for the market and ensuring the market is recognized internally as a leader in organic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Strategy & Execution: Define and deliver the overall organic growth strategy for your market, directing SEO, YouTube, and other organic initiatives, and prioritizing resources effectively.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop Organic Growth Executives, setting objectives and reviewing their performance to ensure they consistently produce high-quality work.
• Strategic Insights: Turn complex data and performance reporting into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Set Standards: Establish and enforce scalable quality frameworks for localized content and SEO.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor macro-trends, competitor strategies, and changes in curriculum or policy that are shaping local demand.
• Global Collaboration: Act as the voice of the local market in central and global discussions, ensuring market needs and local insights are represented and utilized to shape central automation and content strategies.

Experience & Skills

• A solid background in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth.
• Proven experience managing individuals or small teams.
• Strong analytical ability and proven skill in performance reporting.
• A deep understanding of the local education context and cultural nuances.
• Knowledge of YouTube or video SEO is desirable.
