What challenges await you:

• Implementation, operation, and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system.
• Review, update, and continuous development of existing risk and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for critical business processes.
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of BCM documentation, policies, and contingency plans, considering applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
• Planning, organization, and management of emergency and crisis drills, including follow-up and action tracking.
• Conception and execution of BCM training sessions and implementation of sustainable awareness measures.
• Coordination with specialist departments, management, and relevant governance functions.

What skills we are looking for:

• Degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) – ideally with a focus on "Business Continuity", "Operational Risk Management", "Process Management", or a similar qualification.
• Experience in a comparable role is desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and BSI 200-4 standards is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of conceptualization.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Enjoyment of communicative activity with a lot of contact with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
