The editing style required prioritizes polished documentary aesthetics over typical YouTube techniques, making extensive use of cinematic stock footage, rich archival imagery, sophisticated animated maps, clear timelines, insightful charts, informative infographics, and carefully selected, copyright-safe internet-sourced visuals. All content integrated must strictly comply with copyright and monetization standards. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in documentary or cinematic editing, demonstrates strong independent work capabilities, and is deeply committed to delivering consistently high-quality results. Key Responsibilities

• Edit 10–15 minute explainer videos maintaining a cinematic, documentary style.
• Integrate diverse visual elements including stock footage, archival clips, animated maps, timelines, charts, and infographics.
• Ensure all visuals are copyright-compliant and suitable for monetization across platforms.
• Deliver final videos in high-quality 1080p or 4K MP4 format.
• Collaborate closely with the project lead to effectively translate scripts and voiceovers into compelling visual narratives.
• Maintain a consistent, polished visual style throughout all video projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in documentary or cinematic video editing.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
