Requirements

• Proven experience editing reality or unscripted television content
• Strong proficiency with professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to work with multi-camera setups and synchronize footage
• Skilled in narrative storytelling, pacing, and integrating educational content
• Familiarity with the style of Running Man and Malaysian reality shows
• Excellent communication and independent work skills in a remote setting
• Reliable internet and necessary editing hardware/software
