Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process for main and rep sites.
- Develop design documentation including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, diagrams, storyboards, and sitemaps.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Analyze user feedback and usability testing results.
- Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams.
- Ensure designs are accessible, user-friendly, and responsive.
- Stay updated with UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UX-centric role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
