About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process for the website and rep sites ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop comprehensive design documentation including wireframes, prototypes, and site maps.
- Conduct user research and analyze usability testing results.
- Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to execute innovative solutions.
- Ensure designs are accessible, user-friendly, and optimized across devices.
- Stay current with UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a UX-centric role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
