About the Social Media Manager Role at Twine
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow the online presence of two interconnected brands: a professional real estate investing platform and a personal LGBTQ+ lifestyle brand. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tailored content strategies, managing daily posting schedules, and fostering vibrant online communities for both brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ culture and real estate investing audiences, ensuring content resonates authentically with each group. You will play a key role in editing and repurposing video content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing engagement strategies to drive growth and audience loyalty. This is a remote, part-time contract position, ideal for a creative and organized professional passionate about both real estate and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and implement distinct social media strategies for both the real estate investing and LGBTQ+ lifestyle brands
- Edit, repurpose, and schedule video and multimedia content across relevant platforms
- Manage and grow online communities, fostering engagement and meaningful interactions
- Monitor analytics to assess content performance and inform future strategy
- Differentiate and manage audience flows between investor leads and personal brand fans
- Collaborate on content calendars and campaign planning to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner
