Role Overview
The Social Media Manager – Freelance will create and manage engaging content for two international Bachata dance festivals in Belgium. This role involves developing a cohesive content strategy, producing visually appealing posts, and overseeing all aspects of social media marketing to boost event visibility and engagement.
Deliverables
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content plan for both festivals.
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and promotional materials on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Design graphics, edit videos, and produce animations for the festival audience.
- Monitor engagement, respond to community interaction, and foster online community growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with event organizers to maintain alignment with festival branding and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French/Dutch is a plus.
