Deliverables
- Oversee the end-to-end production from planning to publishing
- Edit audio recordings for clarity, flow, and quality
- Collaborate with the host to develop episode concepts, scripts, and interview questions
- Manage scheduling, recording logistics, and remote guest coordination
- Add music, sound design, and transitions to enhance engagement
- Assist with uploading episodes to podcast platforms and writing show notes
Requirements
- Experience producing and editing podcasts or similar audio content
- Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition)
- Strong storytelling skills and understanding of mental health and lifestyle topics
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality audio production
