About the role
Music Production Team
This opportunity is for a dedicated team of music professionals to collaborate on the full production, release, and promotion of an EP titled 'Glass Halo.' The project centers on dark pop and contemporary RnB, aiming to establish a strong presence for an emerging independent artist and support the growth of a new music label. The team will be responsible for every stage of the process, from initial production through to marketing and ongoing promotion, ensuring the EP reaches its full potential in the market. The work is fully remote, and the ideal candidates will be committed to long-term collaboration and the success of the project.
Deliverables
- End-to-end music production, including arrangement, recording, mixing, and mastering of all EP tracks
- Strategic planning and execution of the EP release across digital platforms
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and promotion plan
- Coordination of visual assets, such as cover art and promotional materials
- Ongoing audience engagement and growth strategies for the artist and label
- Regular progress updates and collaboration with the artist to align on creative direction
