Music Producer
This role is ideal for a skilled Music Producer or sound engineer with a passion for urban music, particularly reggaetón. The project involves taking existing audio and beats and transforming them into a polished, studio-quality album that captures raw emotion and danceable rhythms. The focus is on creating tracks that resonate both on the streets and online, blending rhythm, groove, and creative ideas into a cohesive sound. The work is fully remote, with a target delivery around April. Deliverables
- Professionally mix and master multiple urban/reggaetón tracks using provided audio and beats
- Collaborate to develop basic tracks into fully realized songs with strong rhythmic and emotional impact
- Ensure all tracks meet high-quality studio standards suitable for digital release and streaming platforms
- Integrate creative ideas and feedback to enhance the overall sound and vibe of the album
- Deliver final mastered tracks by the agreed deadline
Requirements
- Proven experience as a music producer or sound engineer, preferably with urban, reggaetón, or Latin music
- Strong skills in mixing, mastering, and audio production using industry-standard software (e.g., Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic Pro)
- Deep understanding of rhythm, groove, and the unique elements of urban and reggaetón genres
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively throughout the project
- Creative mindset with the ability to interpret and elevate the artist’s vision
- Portfolio or examples of previous work in similar genres highly preferred
- Availability to complete the project by April
