About the Role: Freelance Video Editor - YouTube
Join Twine's dynamic team supporting the pre-production of engaging YouTube reaction videos focused on viral internet moments and football content. This freelance role is ideal for individuals who excel at researching, curating, and preparing high-quality video clips that align with specific briefs and video titles. You will play a key part in ensuring all sourced content is suitable for a younger audience, adheres to platform guidelines, and enhances the overall viewing experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
Deliverables:
- Research and curate relevant viral internet and football clips for YouTube reaction videos.
- Prepare organized clip packs in Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic trimming, context slides, and audio balancing.
- Accurately credit all creators and sources for each clip.
- Complete and maintain detailed clip tracking sheets for each project.
- Ensure all content is safe, legal, and appropriate for YouTube and the intended audience.
- Communicate proactively regarding any issues or challenges with briefs or sourcing.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with video research, curation, or editing, preferably for YouTube or social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic editing, trimming, and audio balancing.
- Strong understanding of viral internet culture and football content trends.
