This freelance role involves editing a series of up to 10 short-form videos, each designed to enhance practical skills education in crucial areas such as employability, confidence, financial literacy, and online safety. The content you create will be utilized for both promotional outreach and internal training, directly supporting the platform’s mission to deliver modern, engaging learning experiences. You will work with pre-recorded footage, meticulously assembling and refining materials to produce clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both educators and learners.

Key Deliverables

• Edit and assemble up to 10 videos, each ranging from 30 seconds to 2 minutes in length, encompassing problem-highlighting segments, promotional walkthroughs, internal usage guides, and motivational content.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure all video content aligns perfectly with educational objectives and Twine's brand guidelines.
• Skillfully incorporate graphics, text overlays, and transitions to significantly enhance viewer engagement and information clarity.
• Deliver final videos optimized for both web and internal platform use, ensuring exceptional accessibility and adherence to high production standards.

Requirements for Success

• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with educational or instructional content.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Demonstrated strong storytelling skills and the crucial ability to convey complex information in a concise, engaging, and digestible format.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen focus on quality, pacing, and visual consistency across all video projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet project deadlines.
