Join a dynamic project focused on developing an AI Concierge and Trip Planner system for a hospitality website. This role centers on building robust backend solutions to power a chatbot that delivers personalized itineraries, manages experience bookings, and automates ticket creation. You will also provide backend support for the booking platform including availability management, iCal synchronization, lead dashboard development, and workflow automations.

Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for an AI-powered chatbot.
  • Integrate APIs such as OpenAI, WhatsApp Cloud, Stripe, Google Sheets, and Notion.
  • Implement personalized itinerary generation and automated booking workflows.
  • Support availability management and iCal synchronization features.
