About the Role: Freelance Communication Support Specialist

Join Twine's international engineering team as a dedicated communication support specialist, facilitating clear and professional interactions between our technical staff and external contacts. As we expand into the EU and U.S. markets, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective English-language communication, helping bridge cultural and linguistic gaps. You will coordinate before and after meetings, assist with live calls, and help maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client-facing conversations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, and a commitment to supporting collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear, professional communication between engineering team members and clients or external contacts
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring all parties are aligned on discussion points and action items
  • Participate in live calls as needed to assist with real-time communication and clarification
  • Maintain accurate records of key discussion points and outcomes from meetings
  • Help identify and resolve potential misunderstandings or miscommunications
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

  • Native or near-native fluency in spoken English
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically
  • Reliable availability for scheduled calls and meetings across multiple time zones

  • No technical or engineering background required, but experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus
