Job Description
Role Overview
This role involves creating engaging, short-form video animations featuring a bloodhound mascot named Tracker. The primary objective is to animate a static photograph of Tracker, making him appear to speak with a deep, rich British accent against a brick background. The videos will be 20-30 seconds in length and are intended to bring the mascot to life, enhancing brand presence for a company specializing in crime scene investigation equipment. The ideal candidate will leverage AI or advanced editing software to deliver high-quality, entertaining content that aligns with the brand’s established reputation.
Deliverables
- Produce a series of 20-30 second animated videos featuring the Tracker mascot.
- Animate a static photograph to create realistic mouth movements and expressions.
- Sync the animation with a deep, rich British voiceover.
- Ensure the background and overall aesthetic match the brand’s requirements (brick wall setting).
- Collaborate to refine animation style and meet project objectives.
- Deliver final video files in the required formats and resolutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in animation, particularly animating photographs or static images.
- Proficiency with AI-driven animation tools or advanced video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, DeepMotion, D-ID, or similar).
- Ability to create realistic lip-sync and facial movements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to match voiceover with animation.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering consistent visual quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Availability for part-time, contract-based work.
- Prior experience with character or mascot animation is a plus.
