About the Role: Brand Designer – Freelance

Join a dynamic startup launching a Nordic-inspired skincare line focused on natural ingredients, scientific integrity, and minimalist beauty. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about crafting visual identities that embody purity, sophistication, and calm.

You will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand’s presence from the ground up, ensuring every visual element—from logo to packaging—reflects Scandinavian minimalism.

Deliverables

  • Develop a cohesive brand identity including logo, color palette, and font selection.
  • Design packaging concepts to communicate purity, nature, and minimalist aesthetics.
  • Create visual assets for Shopify and digital platforms.
  • Produce basic brand guidelines for both online and offline use.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from the core team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand identity and packaging design, preferably within beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, sophisticated, and minimalist design sensibilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate brand values into compelling visual narratives.
  • Understanding of packaging production processes and digital asset requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and remote collaboration across time zones.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines independently.
