Deliverables
- Develop original graphic concepts for apparel and merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories
- Create print-ready artwork files optimized for various production methods
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine design ideas that align with the brand’s offbeat and expressive style
- Adapt designs for different product types and sizes while maintaining visual impact
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for online and print production
- Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on concepts as needed
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, bold, and unconventional graphic design work, preferably for apparel or merchandise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools
- Ability to translate humor, trends, and cultural references into compelling visual concepts
- Excellent understanding of color, typography, and composition for print and digital media
- Self-motivated, open to feedback, and comfortable working independently or as part of a remote team
