Join the team as Twilio’s next Technology Partner Alliance Manager EMEA. You will create, refine and execute the regional partner strategy in key EMEA markets and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional partner strategy.
  • Own strategic relationships with key technology partners.
  • Define and execute joint business plans and go-to-market motions.
  • Conduct territory and opportunity planning with sales and partner teams.
  • Support and track co-sell and sell-with motions with accurate revenue attribution.
  • Build, manage, and report on a partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Educate and activate partner field teams on Twilio’s platform.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, and Partner Operations.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and regular performance check-ins.
  • Support onboarding of new partners aligned to strategic gaps.

Qualifications

Applicants must have 4–6 years of experience in partner management, strategic partnerships, business development, or management consulting, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business outcomes. Deep expertise in advertising, data infrastructure, or marketing technology is essential, along with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and strong analytical abilities.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at executive levels.
  • Familiarity with API-first and modern data stack technologies.
  • Understanding of CPaaS, CCaaS, VoiceAI, CDP, or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments.

Location & Travel

This role is remote and based in the UK with approximately 25% travel for in-person engagements.
