Position Overview
Join Twilio as a Senior Manager, Security Risk Management where you will lead and evolve our global risk function. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while managing a high-performing, distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor international and domestic risk analysts.
- Conduct complex risk assessments across microservices, hybrid cloud, and on-premise environments.
- Implement and mature the One Twilio Risk Management framework.
- Develop executive-level risk reporting and actionable insights.
- Optimize workflows using Jira and GRC tools.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with external auditors and regulators.
Qualifications
Candidates require 8+ years in Cybersecurity or Information Security and 4+ years in people management. Expertise in hybrid cloud environments (AWS/GCP), telecommunications, and risk frameworks such as NIST RMF and ISO is essential. Specific experience in AI Risk Management and Data Governance is a significant plus.
Location & Travel
This role is remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
