About the Job
This role is responsible for leading prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities across our Messaging, Voice, and Email products. You will expand our messaging business with large mid-market and enterprise companies, working cross-functionally with product management, finance, legal, and engineering teams.
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage an assigned quota.
- Own consultative sales cycles in a competitive CPaaS environment.
- Design tailored solutions for customer technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with teams in finance, legal, and operations.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline via Salesforce and analytics.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include 10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in technical SaaS or CPaaS sales. Proven track record in outbound prospecting, analytical account development, and managing business forecasts is needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business leaders are essential.
