Join Twilio as our next Presales Architect Product Specialist 5 Email Messaging. In this role, you'll partner with sales, solutions engineering, and enterprise strategists to consult on complex, multi-product opportunities.
About The Job
You will scope, design, and validate scalable, secure, multi-product messaging architectures. This involves deep technical discussions on APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems and advising on messaging strategies across various channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing product strategy is key.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Twilio Messaging capabilities including email and SMS.
- Design and validate secure, scalable multi-product messaging architectures.
- Lead deep technical discussions covering APIs and integration best practices.
- Advise on deliverability, sender strategy, and failure handling.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to secure technical wins.
- Share customer patterns and technical gaps with internal teams.
Qualifications
Strong experience with email platforms (e.g. Sendgrid) and API-based, event-driven systems is required. Prior experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture engagements and excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences are essential.

Location & Travel
This role is remote and based in either Australia or Singapore, with approximately 20% travel required.
