About The Job
This position drives the future of Talent Development by integrating AI, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge practices into scalable, adaptive, and personalized learning solutions. In this role, you will lead our enterprise learning innovation strategy by researching trends, experimenting with advanced technologies, and turning insights into solutions that boost skills growth and business readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise learning innovation strategy for AI-enabled solutions.
- Research and assess emerging technologies like AI and data science.
- Design, pilot, and scale skill-based learning pathways.
- Manage and drive adoption within Twilio’s learning technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to launch transformative solutions.
- Build AI-enabled learning experiences including microlearning and adaptive content.
- Measure impact through skills growth and business KPIs.
- Facilitate training and learning opportunities across audiences.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees or certifications in AI/HR/OD preferred), 10+ years in digital learning/learning innovation with 2+ years applying AI in L&D, strong data fluency, proven cross-functional leadership in pilot projects, and vendor management experience. Candidates must be able to operate independently and communicate complex concepts effectively.
Desired qualifications include an advanced degree in Education or related field, recognized thought leadership in learning innovation, familiarity with design thinking or strategic foresight, and experience piloting AI-enabled solutions.
Location & Travel
This role is remote within Canada and eligible for hiring in Ontario, BC, or Alberta. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
