About The Role

The Operations Coordinator at Twelve Labs supports the day-to-day execution of key internal programs. You will drive initiatives across event logistics, internal planning, contractor management, and compliance documentation, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations as the company scales globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate planning processes, team meetings, and company communications.
  • Support logistics and execution for internal and external events.
  • Collaborate across teams to keep programs on track.
  • Maintain documentation for contractor management, compliance, and internal policies.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, procurement, and travel logistics.
  • Support internal brand programs such as employee swag and welcome kits.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture with clear communication and proactive follow-through.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.

You May Be A Good Fit If

  • 1–2 years experience in operations, admin coordination, or event planning.
  • You are highly organized and detail-obsessed.
  • You have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • You are solution-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.

Applicants from anywhere in the U.S. are welcome, with a preference for those based in or near San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City for occasional in-person support.

Compensation

The compensation range is between $83K and $101K annually.
