About the Role

This entry-level position in Mexico is responsible for supporting the growth of the company's customer database through intent-based and target account builds to provide a prospect stream for the Business Development team to take action on. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business development activities, maintaining records, and supporting the team in achieving strategic growth objectives.

Key Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including account builds, contact verification, and product whitespace reporting.
  • Assist with CRM data entry, maintenance, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in collaborative team environments to achieve shared business development goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
