Job Description

The Senior Consultant - BIM at Turner & Townsend GmbH is responsible for implementing BIM on clients' projects in Germany and across Europe. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, you will work on a Datacenter project and lead project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support BIM implementation on major projects, programmes, and portfolios.
• Author critical BIM documentation including Asset and Employer Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Assess project team BIM competency and advise on the development of BIM Execution Plans.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, reporting risks and implementing mitigations.
• Manage model assurance activities and lead BIM workgroups and technical sessions.
• Research and implement new technology, processes and best practices in BIM.
• Support tender bidding teams and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in a BIM environment.
• Proficiency in ISO 19650 and local standards.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude.
• German language skills (minimum B2) required.
• Familiarity with software such as Solibri Model Checker, Autodesk Navisworks, Graphisoft ArchiCAD, Bentley AECOsim, Nemetschek Vectorworks, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/360.
