Job Description
The MEP Construction Project Manager will support large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance and quality across multiple projects. This role involves stakeholder management, project status tracking, and ensuring that best practices and effective governance are followed.
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain partners.
- Track and manage key project milestones to prevent schedule slips.
- Coordinate project reporting, design reviews, and RFIs from the field.
- Provide expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
- Foster excellent client relationships and strategic project advisories.
Project/Program Details
This role focuses on office workspaces for a major tech client with heavy MEP lab conversions. Projects may range from $10k to $20M, requiring management of multiple concurrent projects. On-site presence is required with a Monday to Friday schedule in the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
- Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
