Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is designed to build a strong foundation for you to become a well-rounded consultant and launch a successful career. Qualifications & Requirements

Our graduates are strategic, analytical thinkers who identify solutions amidst challenges. They come from diverse backgrounds but share a commitment to making a difference and a genuine enthusiasm for how the world works. We encourage applications from candidates who:

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree after October 2024, or expect to complete their final subject by December 2025, including any required internships or work experience placements.
  • Are available to commence full-time work in February 2027.
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian resident, or eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa.
  • Possess a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Are clearly motivated for joining the construction industry at Turner & Townsend, specifically.
  • Are passionate about pursuing a career in the discipline for which they are applying.
