Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project management services for a data center client. In this role, you will assist in managing construction tasks, ensuring timely completions and quality standards, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Manage tasks including submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
  • Prepare proposals and assist with project governance and reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action item closure.
  • Assist in procurement and cost tracking, including EVM systems.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
  • Proactive, organized, and diligent with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google tools.
