Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project management services for a data center client. In this role, you will assist in managing construction tasks, ensuring timely completions and quality standards, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage tasks including submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
- Prepare proposals and assist with project governance and reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Coordinate meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action item closure.
- Assist in procurement and cost tracking, including EVM systems.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
- Proactive, organized, and diligent with strong communication skills.
- Experience with project management software, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google tools.
