Job Description
Turner & Townsend is looking for an Assistant Project Manager Commercial Real Estate Construction to support project management services. You will work across internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, are completed on time and maintain effective communication throughout the construction process.
- Assist the Project Manager in quality control, scheduling, and efficient project completion.
- Manage tasks including submittal and RFI processes and proposal preparations.
- Establish effective project governance, processes and data sharing systems.
- Maintain relationships with clients and team members and coordinate meeting actions.
- Monitor project costs, procure resources, and uphold SOX controls when applicable.
