Job Description
The Project Controls Engineer - Life Sciences Construction role supports the delivery of innovative construction projects in the Northwest region. This role focuses on advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and change management implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze deviations from the baseline project schedule, highlight bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
- Implement project planning and scheduling strategies reflecting company and contractor roles.
- Coordinate development of Work and Cost Breakdown Structures alongside project teams.
- Support integration of enterprise cross-functional project schedules and report project progress.
- Perform critical path, probabilistic, and risk analyses on project schedules.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for monthly project reporting.
- Develop resourcing plans and advise on peak leveling opportunities.
- Maintain independence and accuracy in schedule management and best practice advice.
Qualifications
Experience coordinating multiple schedule performance sources into a master platform. Expert proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
