Project Scope and Responsibilities
Project Scope Support: Assist the program manager in defining, documenting, and managing project scopes of work. Ensure all requirements are clearly articulated.
Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources; update statuses for transparency.
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze project performance data; identify trends and issues.
Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
Risk & Issue Tracking: Document project risks and issues; assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with project teams and stakeholders. Prepare concise status reports and presentations.
Documentation Management: Ensure all project documentation is current, organized, and accessible.
Process Support & Quality Assurance: Assist in process implementation, reviews, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute suggestions based on project experiences to refine processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar equivalent.
2 - 4 years experience with Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Data Center projects.
Familiarity with project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Ability to work under tight deadlines in high pressure environments.
Strong English language skills with proficiency in report writing and meeting documentation. Consultancy background preferred.
