Overview

turba is seeking a motivated Business Strategy Working Student to support our Leadership team. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Operations on strategic projects, manage internal knowledge platforms, and document key business processes to drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of business operations projects and automation initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports for management decisions.
  • Maintain and organize Confluence and SharePoint spaces.
  • Document and standardize internal workflows and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a top-tier management, business, or related program.
  • Internship experience in consulting or project management is advantageous.
  • Analytical, organized, and a rigorous thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Confluence & Jira.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
