About the Role

The Industry Consultant serves as a pivotal subject matter expert for designated industries including Banking, Financial Services, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. This role supports the Sales team throughout the sales cycle by leveraging deep industry knowledge to demonstrate how Tungsten Automation's TotalAgility platform addresses specific business challenges unique to each customer. The role establishes Tungsten Automation as a trusted partner, drives customer confidence, and strengthens the company’s leadership in intelligent workflow automation solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide overlay support to the Sales team and join sales opportunities as a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrate understanding of industry-specific use cases, challenges, and regulatory requirements globally.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams on industry go-to-market strategy.
• Create compelling presentations, whitepapers, and content tailored for each industry.
• Participate in industry events to increase market share and solution visibility.
• Engage with channel partners and educate them on building additional industry-specific solutions.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to improve industry fluency organization-wide.
• Develop training sessions, workshops, and reference materials for internal teams.
• Drive industry vertical strategy and promote cross-functional alignment.
• Advise Product Management and Strategy departments on market strategies.

Required Experience

• Thought-leader in enterprise software and technology companies.
• Over 5 years of consulting, strategy development, and operations management experience.
• Expertise in automation, analytics, and AI for industry-specific challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage strategic initiatives and work under travel demands (up to 50%).
• Team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
